1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the following services:

  • Web Hosting (Starter, Business, Professional plans)
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Business Web Hosting
  • VPN Services

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Request must be submitted via support ticket
  • Refunds do not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party services

3. Domain Names

Domain name registrations are non-refundable once processed. This is because domain registrations are submitted to the registry immediately and cannot be reversed.

4. Design Services

For website design and digital marketing services:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before work commences
  • Work already completed will be charged at agreed hourly rates
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your Client Portal
  2. Open a support ticket with subject “Refund Request”
  3. Provide your order/invoice number and reason for refund
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
