1. Services

ARC HOST provides cloud hosting, web design, digital marketing, and related technology services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Payment Terms

• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of purchase for new services
• Recurring services are billed in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. Details are available in our Service Level Agreement.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

7. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on refunds and cancellations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
